We always provide our patients with clearly written payment arrangements. Our business manager takes the time necessary to explain the patient’s payment options and will personally speak with the patient’s insurance provider to ensure full benefits are being received.
Payment Options for Your Dental Treatment
Cash & Checks
We pass the administrative savings on to you: Patients receive a 5% discount on their dental bill if they pre-pay in full for their services to be received.
Debit & Credit Cards
Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express are all accepted
CareCredit is an extended payment option that allows dental care costs to be spread out over time so that treatment can be efficiently rendered at the moment it is needed.
If you have insurance:
We will help you get the information you need from your insurance provider to clearly see how that plan provides for your needs. If your plan allows you to assign your benefit payment to your dentist, then you can assign that portion of the payment to us and simply pay your estimated portion at the time of service. We will always help you maximize the payments from your dental plan.
If you do not have dental insurance: According to a 2010 report from the U.S. National Center for Health Statistics, 1 in 4 Americans under the age of 65 (45 million Americans) do not have dental insurance. Dr. Thompson realizes that dental costs without the benefit of dental insurance can add up quickly. That is why we are one of the few practices that will subtract the typical overhead costs we encounter when working with insurance providers. The elimination of these costs translates into a 10% discount on procedures normally covered by insurance providers for all of our non-insured patients.
